• Verification — KYC documents (NIN, BVN, passport, utility bill) when you choose to verify.
• Listings & orders — products, services, bookings, messages, reviews.
• Payments — transaction history processed via Paystack and other licensed providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device & usage — IP, device type, pages viewed (for security and analytics).

2. How we use it

• To run the marketplace and process orders.
• To verify identity and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails and important updates.
• To improve the product based on aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

3. Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors, identity verification providers, hosting/cloud infrastructure, and law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. KYC documents are stored in restricted private buckets and are accessible only to authorized review staff.

5. Your rights

• Access, correct, or download your data from your profile settings.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time via our account & data deletion form. Requests are completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention, open disputes).
• Opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and minimal first-party analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children

The platform is not intended for users under 18. Accounts that misrepresent age will be removed.

8. Updates

We will notify you of material changes to this policy at least 14 days in advance.
