Request Account & Data Deletion
Use this form to permanently delete your EAN (EBuy Artisan Network) account and the personal data associated with it across our web and mobile apps. This action is irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, location, avatar).
- Your listings, products, services, bookings and messages.
- KYC documents and verification records.
- Wallet balance history, wishlist, cart and saved addresses.
What may be retained
- Anonymised transaction records required by Nigerian tax and financial regulations.
- Records needed to resolve open disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal request. These are kept only as long as legally required.
Requests are typically completed within 30 days. We will email you at the address you provide once your data has been deleted.
